Following the Bill’s passage, the transshipment of e-cigarette products through Hong Kong’s multimodal transportation system may resume under a new registration plan, supervised and enforced by Hong Kong Customs. The Hong Kong Legislative Council stated that the Bill will be implemented from the day it is published as a law in the gazette.
