How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
I submitted the order on your website, will my money be charged and when will it ship?
The submitted order will not be charged. After submitting the order, you need to contact customer service to confirm the order details, shipping cost, and delivery time. Currently, we only support bank transfers. Normally, it takes 1-5 days for us to receive your payment from the bank. After completing the payment, please send the bank receipt to your dedicated sales representative. We will begin arranging shipment.
